It has absolutely perfect, magnificent setting, just next door to Torquay and beautiful beaches and resorts. Also, it's located 3 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade.

The employees of the hotel were outstandingly accommodating. My caravan was available with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

Enjoyed our stay, had nice 8 days overall. The location was amazing for walking around English lights festival. It was located in a nice quiet area not far from the lake, the Park itself and river bank shoreline. The breakfast offered a lot of fine meals.

Excellent and pleasant people are working there. The gold caravan overlooks river and includes a refrigerator, an oven, and kitchenware. The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, it's short walk to most attractions in the south east of Devon as well as beautiful beaches and resorts.

The location itself was exceptionally nice and ideal, a short walk from a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were excellent.

The location was MAGNIFICENT, staff were professional. Only 10 minutes walk from Shaldon centre. I met the best manager ever. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it.
